Founder, RMK Advisory

RMK Advisory is built on more than 25 years of real executive experience — the kind earned in the seat, not studied from the outside. Across a career spanning finance and operations leadership, Richard has built companies from the ground up, served in dual COO and CFO roles, and guided organizations through the high-stakes transitions that decide a business's trajectory.

That experience runs deep: standing up corporate infrastructure and back-office functions from scratch, leading enterprise system and process transformations, and building the banking, legal, and insurance relationships that growing businesses depend on. It's hands-on work across building, scaling, and steering companies through change.

A Lancaster, PA native, Richard spent the heart of his career in Connecticut and New York City before returning home — bringing big-arena experience back to the businesses of South Central Pennsylvania and beyond. RMK Advisory is the result: senior-level guidance, grounded in having actually done the work, made accessible to the businesses that need it most.
